These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.inspiration-agency.com (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and applicable EU law. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Website will be subject to the competent courts in Zagreb, Croatia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

Remember explicit consent preferences. Authenticate withdrawal or replacement of an OpenAI consent grant using an opaque receipt identifier, verification proof and expiry, never sent to measurement vendors. Confirmed refusal clears this record; failed withdrawal may retain it for retry. It expires no later than the associated preference, at most 180 days.

Google Analytics 4

Provider: Google. Measures public page use and selected interactions after Analytics permission, including successfully accepted Contact enquiries as generate_lead key events.

Google Ads (GA4 conversion import)

Provider: Google. Imports GA4 conversion events into Google Ads for advertising conversion measurement and attribution. Analytics permission is required for the source events. Separate, fresh Google Ads measurement permission allows advertising storage and Google use of advertising-related user data and available measurement identifiers. Google personalized advertising and remarketing remain disabled. Enhanced Conversions, a separate Ads conversion tag and a Conversion Linker tag are not configured. Denying this permission limits advertising-data use; it does not establish that all account-side GA4 imports stop. Attribution is not guaranteed.

Associated Google-tag advertising measurement uses the observed _gcl_au browser cookie with a 90-day expiry and _gcl_ls local storage. Meta Pixel

Provider: Meta. With separate Meta Pixel permission and clean public-page checks, receives accepted Contact enquiries as Lead and telephone/email link clicks as PhoneClick and EmailClick for measurement. Link clicks do not confirm completed calls or emails. Meta may also use received data for further purposes under its applicable terms and privacy policy, including advertising/content personalization. No automatic PageView or Meta Conversions API delivery is configured. Google consent settings do not restrict Meta processing.

Meta also uses lastExternalReferrer and lastExternalReferrerTime local storage; the verified script removes values older than 90 days when its eligible cleanup code runs. Local storage has no automatic expiry, so deletion exactly on day 90 is not guaranteed. Meta Business Tools Terms state a maximum two-year retention for Event Data, subject to those terms. Inspiration first-party tracking receiver

Provider: INSPIRACIJA DIGITAL d.o.o. Validates permitted semantic events and independent consent evidence. Existing Analytics, Google Ads and Meta conversion behavior is unchanged. Only recorded OpenAI Ads consent enables server forwarding of accepted Contact enquiry, telephone-link and email-link click events. No persistent conversion payload storage; a bounded in-memory delivery fingerprint supports duplicate protection.
