As a Social Media Intern, you will be involved in the agency’s day-to-day operations. You will learn how ideas are transformed into content, how relationships with audiences are built, how marketing strategies are executed in practice, and work alongside experienced mentors to develop the skills required to perform independently at a Social Media Junior level.

Inspiracija Digital, Zagreb, Srebrnjak 90A

Work model: 

Office-based, with daily collaboration with mentors and the team

Start date: 

June 2026

Duration: 

3 months (4 hours per day)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the development of social media strategies and content plans

• Supporting agency projects, including basic activities in video production and content creation

• Creating and publishing content across various platforms

• Communicating with followers and building relationships with the online community

• Participating in internal meetings and creative processes

• Monitoring trends and developments in digital marketing and social media

• Analyzing client and competitor communication activities
