This Privacy Policy explains how INSPIRACIJA DIGITAL d.o.o. (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and processes personal data when you visit our website, contact us, use our services, or apply for a job.

  • Croatian Law on the Implementation of the GDPR (Zakon o provedbi Opće uredbe o zaštiti podataka)

  • Communication data: messages sent via contact forms, email, calls, or meetings.

  • Client/service data: project details, campaign assets provided by clients, reporting and performance data connected to the services.

  • Billing & accounting data: invoicing details, payment status, transaction documentation.

  • Website usage data: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, timestamps, approximate location, referral source.

  • Recruitment data (if you apply): CV, portfolio, employment/education history, and information you submit.

  • Purpose: invoicing, bookkeeping, tax compliance, and defending legal claims.

  • Prospective clients / offers: up to 24 months after last contact (unless you become a client).

  • Client project data: for the duration of the contract and up to 5 years after contract end (for continuity and claims management, unless longer required).

  • Invoices, accounting and tax documentation: typically 11 years, in line with Croatian retention rules for business/accounting documentation.

  • Recruitment applications: up to 6 months after the hiring process ends (unless you separately consent to longer “talent pool” retention, e.g., 12 months).

  • Website logs (security/technical): typically up to 12 months (unless needed longer for security incidents).

  • Cookies: per your cookie preferences and the specific cookie lifetimes shown in the cookie settings tool.


10) Your rights

Subject to conditions and exceptions, you have the right to:

  • access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection

  • withdraw consent at any time (where consent is the basis)

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data (access controls, least-privilege access, backups, and security monitoring as appropriate). No system is completely secure, but we work to reduce risk.
