Video and social media strategy made to scale Bayer's growth in the Croatian and Slovenian market

Bayer is a global leader in crop science and agricultural innovation, yet in the Croatian market, it had not previously implemented a large-scale video-based digital marketing strategy tailored to local farmers and agricultural professionals.

To address this challenge, we developed a video-led digital communication strategy that translates technical agricultural expertise into engaging visual storytelling. The strategy focused on three key principles: educational storytelling that demonstrates real agricultural challenges and solutions, localized content tailored to the Croatian farming community, and digital distribution designed to reach agricultural professionals across multiple platforms.

The video series was distributed across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring wide reach among relevant agricultural audiences while supporting Bayer’s broader digital communication strategy. The project demonstrated that even highly technical industries such as agriculture can benefit from digital storytelling and video-based communication.
