Building brand equity through social media communication using a strategic approach across Facebook and LinkedIn

overview

Synevo Croatia is part of Medicover, an international healthcare and diagnostic service provider, founded in 1995 and listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 2017. Founded in response to growing demand for high-quality healthcare services in Poland, Medicover has since expanded across multiple markets, addressing similar needs through a consistent focus on quality, accessibility, and patient-centered care. As part of its expansion, the company entered a local market where awareness of private diagnostic services is still developing, and consumer trust plays a critical role in decision-making.

The objective was to build a strong brand, raise awareness of diagnostic services, and lay the groundwork for sustained growth. The strategy combined brand-building communications on social media to educate audiences, foster trust, and position the brand as a dependable healthcare provider. Performance-driven Meta ads promoted key services with targeted messaging to boost awareness and prompt action. A structured campaign and social media plan supported focused, monthly themes aligned to seasonal demand, service relevance, and audience needs.

This structured approach increased brand visibility and recognition, boosted awareness of key diagnostic services, and delivered 87.5% higher engagement through relevant, educational content.
