MySun, a brand of electrical heating products developed by the Slovenian company Koop, operates in a category defined by high-involvement purchase decisions and complex product specifications. Expanding into the Croatian and Slovenian markets required more than visibility. It required building a digital sales system capable of educating customers, reducing decision friction and converting demand into revenue. The objective was to increase online sales while establishing a scalable foundation for long-term e-commerce growth.

The strategy combined market research and competitive analysis to define key audience segments, benchmarks and optimal channels, supported by a robust tracking infrastructure using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and UTM parameters to measure and optimize campaign performance.

In parallel, we developed conversion-focused educational content to simplify complex products and deployed a multi-channel PPC strategy across Google, YouTube, Meta platforms and the Midas network to engage users at every stage of the buying journey.

The integrated approach delivered measurable commercial outcomes, including a 64% increase in online sales revenue within one year, improved conversion rates through optimized messaging and content, and expanded digital reach and performance across multiple channels.
