Sun Gardens Dubrovnik, one of the largest luxury resorts in Dubrovnik, operates in one of the world’s most competitive tourism destinations. The resort needed to strengthen its digital visibility in key international travel markets, increase direct bookings, and reduce reliance on third-party booking platforms.
The primary objective was to attract high-value international travelers and guide them efficiently through the online booking funnel. To achieve this goal, the team implemented an integrated performance marketing strategy across six key source markets: the United States, Ireland, Great Britain, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The strategy used Google Display Network, Performance Max, and SEM to reach potential travelers at different stages, from initial inspiration to booking.
The integrated international campaigns resulted in a lift in key performance indicators, including increased website sessions from target markets, a higher online booking conversion rate, and a measurable increase in direct reservations through the resort’s platform.
