VELUX® is a globally recognized brand known for its roof windows and daylight solutions. However, when communicating with consumers in local markets, global marketing content alone is often insufficient to address specific consumer needs, cultural context and trust factors.
In the Croatian market, homeowners, renovators and architects frequently seek practical guidance and expert advice when making decisions related to roof windows and home renovation. To address this challenge, a localized content strategy was developed using video storytelling and social media distribution as the primary communication channels.
The strategic objective was to transform frequently asked questions about VELUX products into engaging educational content, making complex renovation topics easier for consumers to understand.
By combining expert knowledge, localized storytelling and video content, brands can transform technical product information into content that is both educational and engaging, strengthening long-term relationships with their audience. The content was optimized specifically for Facebook, where video format enabled stronger engagement and broader reach among the target audience.
